MJM Technology Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17059560). We provide managed IT support and technology services to businesses. Our registered office is in St Helens, Merseyside. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC154316. We collect the following personal data when you use our website:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company name, and the message you send us
• Get a Quote form: your name, email address, company name, number of users and devices, and information about the services you are interested in
• Security assessment: if you choose to send us your results, we receive your answers to the assessment questions along with your name, email address and company name. Completing the assessment sends us nothing — your answers stay in your browser unless you submit them using the form on the results page
• Website usage data: pages visited, time on site, approximate location (country/region), and device/browser type — collected anonymously via Google Analytics

We do not collect payment card details or any sensitive personal data.

We will never sell your data, share it for marketing purposes with third parties, or use it for automated decision-making.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you have sent us and to provide services you have requested

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our website. Each acts as a data processor under our instruction:

• Web3Forms — processes form submissions and delivers them to our email inbox. Data is transmitted securely and not retained by Web3Forms beyond delivery.
• HubSpot — our customer relationship management system. Form submissions (name, email, company, message and, for the security assessment, your scores and answers) are stored in HubSpot's EU data centre so we can follow up on your enquiry.
• Google Analytics — collects anonymised usage data. IP addresses are anonymised. See Google's privacy policy for details of how they handle this data.
• Cloudflare — hosts our website and processes traffic. Cloudflare may log connection data for security and performance purposes.
• BlockMark Technologies — hosts the live Cyber Essentials certificate badge shown on our pages. Because the badge loads from BlockMark's registry, your browser contacts them directly and they may receive your IP address and browser details.

Beyond the providers listed above, we may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers (such as accountants, insurers or legal advisers) where necessary, to regulators or law enforcement where we are required to do so by law, and to a buyer or successor if we sell or reorganise the business. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

• Enquiry data received via our forms is retained in our email inbox for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted
• Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with our Analytics settings

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it
• Restriction — ask us to restrict how we use your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish users and track sessions. These are analytics cookies only. We do not use advertising, targeting, or third-party marketing cookies.
